A very nice hotel for the price. The room was clean and nicely presented, but did not have many standard things hairdryer, bathrobes etc. (These were extra if required) The breakfast was simple but good quality. The natural mineral water swimming pool and sauna rooms were very nice and well maintained. For a short get away that is not too far from Sofia or Plovdiv I would recommend a stay here.

The hotel is in the very center of Strelcha, there is also a place to park. The lady at the front desk was quite rude and we certainly didn't feel like welcome guests. The steam room and sauna were ok, tiny, for max 4-5 people, which is a problem if the hotel is full. They worked well, but the sauna never got above 80 degrees. There are no massages - they are sent next door, to the bathroom. In any case, you should make an appointment at least a week in advance. The pool is outdoor, medium sized and was permanently covered. We used it, it was warm only on the side of the pipes where water enters. The water is mineral. The room is decent but the mattress and pillow are quite uncomfortable. At least there was no internet in our room. Breakfast is optional from the menu, with 7-8 options and it was good. Overall, we liked the Strelcha, but for a little more money, better options can certainly be found.

A lovely family run hotel. If you are looking for relaxation, this is the Relax hotel. Quiet, peaceful, very clean and cozy place. I thank the ladies for the warm welcome and for the kind and responsive attitude. The water in the pool is crystal clear and warm. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. It was the second time we were there, but this is already our favorite place

An extremely comfortable and pleasant place to relax! The ladies at the reception are very nice and responsive! The hotel has hot mineral water. The beds are super comfortable! I recommend with both hands! We will visit again!

The hotel has a wonderful location in the city center. Warm and cozy with mineral water. Extremely clean rooms and warm common areas, kind and responsive staff! We've been visiting for years and would love to visit again.

The terms do not match the ad. The water in the pool is by no means 37 degrees. According to information from the staff, it is about 32 degrees, the warmest being around 9 o'clock in the morning, when they discovered him, because then he cooled down. You have to wait for the sauna and steam bath to warm up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If you are looking for a vacation in a cozy, clean and peaceful place, with a good location and excellent spa services at very good prices, then the Relax Strelcha hotel is a perfect choice. Family hotel with friendly and caring staff. I highly recommend it.
